To begin with, I received a call within 24 hours of requesting service on Angie’s List and all subsequent responses were equally timely. This is a husband/wife duo, with Matt doing the sales and install and Kelli doing the office management. They both were very competent, informative, professional and, I have to say, patient and kind. I needed to revise my order, so I was not the easiest customer in the world and I really appreciated how accommodating they were and eager to please. I enjoyed working with them both and, oh, did I mention that I absolutely LOVE my blinds? They are a pleasure to me all day every day and I intend to ask Matt and Kelli to come back and install blinds in my bedroom when I get new windows installed. They are truly lovely and trustworthy people and I highly recommend them.
