Clark Colville18 days agoI have had a great experience with the team at Made in the Shade Austin. We have great Levelor blinds that were installed a couple years back and the performance has been flawless. We have blockout shades for bedrooms upstairs that have been wonderful. We had a service request recently and they were prompt and took care of our shades. We live in Horseshoe Bay and they traveled out 2x to get our shades serviced. They have taken care of the home and made working with them as easy as possible. I highly recommend Kelli and Matt. Great people to do business with!Posted on Google

I spent over a month trying to get a different company to come out and fix and exterior shade they had installed and the delays kept happening. The pricing was steep as well. I called these guys and they came out the next day. They have installed interior shades for me a couple of years ago and they are operating fine with no problems. We had a fantastic experience overall with Made in the Shade and absolutely love our new shade. Matt came out to our home, walked us through all of our options, and answered every question we had. We never felt pressured at any point, which we really appreciated. The process was very clear from the start, and we received a detailed installation report ahead of time so there were no surprises. Delivery was actually faster than estimated, and installation took about 4 hours with a 4-person crew. The only reason I’m taking off one star is due to something I witnessed during installation. The person I assume was the foreman spoke to one of the younger women on the crew in a way that felt rude and condescending. It was noticeable enough that it took me aback, and honestly, it didn’t sit right. Aside from that, everything else was great and we’re very happy with the final result. I would just encourage a stronger emphasis on professionalism and respect within the installation team.+1Posted on Google

Rick Mourglia276 days agoA five star experience in all respects! The initial consultation with Matt was scheduled within 24 hours after I inquired. Once the shades I selected were received, installation occurred shortly thereafter. Installation was very professional. It’s now been over two years since the shades were installed and they have worked perfectly ever since. They remain charged for at more than six months. I have opened and closed them almost every day since installation and only charged them three times. A very high-quality product. I would recommend Made In The Shade to anyone who needs shades, blinds, curtains, or other window coverings. I was so impressed with Made In The Shade in Lago Vista, I have shades being installed in a house in Galveston by the Made In The Shade that services that area.Posted on Google

This is the MOST RESPONSIVE company I have ever worked with. They truly work to please customers despite their bottom line. Made in the Shade Austin is professionally owned and beautifully managed company. I have hired them 3 times, and they have never let me down. Alicia Phipps751 days agoMade in the Shade did an excellent job with my window shades! They explained everything really well with the shades, options, and installation. There was a minor manufacturer error, but they let me keep the shade up while waiting for the valance that needed fixing. The shades are SO much better than what I had and really work to keep the heat down in the rooms where it was desperately needed!
